Shipping & Returns

Shipping info:

We usually ship your items with one of  the following shipping companies.
1. USPS
2. UPS
3. FedEx
4. DHL

Please note that big items such as treadmills may be shipped via other major motor fright trucking company.  These items will be delivered curb side only.  It is your responsibility to take them inside your home.

We will not ship any products to PO BOX addresses.

Please check the items for any damages at the time of delivery.  Please notify it to the shipping person immediately for insurance. 

Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important for us.  If  you find the product to be defective,  you may request an exchange or refund with in two weeks from your order.  You need to contact us and obtain a return authorization number for each item and the warehouse address to ship back, before returning the item.  Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items.
